Frequently Asked Questions

When can I expect my delivery?

Our standard delivery time for online orders is within 3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Bank/Public Holidays.

However depending on your location and our current delivery schedule, we may deliver much sooner. We recommend that any locks are removed from your tank when an order is placed.

 

Can I place an order to ‘fill’ the tank?

Yes. To do this, simply order the maximum amount you think your tank can hold. Your payment will automatically be adjusted down to reflect any lower quantity delivered.

Can you deliver through my house?

No. We do not offer this service. The delivery hose is open to the elements and can pick up dirt from both gardens and farmyards alike. To then take this through anyone’s house together with risk of damage caused by weight of the hose makes it unviable.

Are my card details safe?

Yes. All payments are taken on a secure web server. Only information required to fulfil your order is collected by us; name, address, and contact details. All payment information will be held by the bank processing the transaction. We only see the last 4 digits of your card which we use for authentication in the event of a query.

Can I pay online for a delivery that I have already received?

No. Please contact our office if you wish to pay by card over the phone.

Can I place an order online and charge to my account?

No. Unfortunately all orders placed online require payment details to be entered.

However you can send your order by email. (Include; full name, address and amount you want – we will confirm receipt of your order)
